Once The First Blade was in his possession, Rajivari had the hilt heavily engraved with information of secret knowledge and brought it back to the droids on Tython.
In addition to the Scorekeeper’s Herald, his Jedi master Yuon Par carefully inspected the child’s engravings in order to deduce coordinates. The coordinates (in question) led to the Fount of Rajivari.
When The First Blade Was Introduced
The 2011 video game called Star Wars: The Old Republic introduced The First Blade in one of its Jedi Consular quests. Although it is unknown as to how it fits into the protosaber history, The First Blade has no power pack or cable connected to the hilt whatsoever. However, it was capable of working as a modern lightsaber during that era of conflict.
